Anyone used Epic Express during previews? I have bought tickets to go with my daughter for Saturday, May 17th. It looks like this is building to be one of the busier days according to Thrill Data. We have a longer trip in November with the whole family but I wanted to check everything out prior to that trip. My eldest daughter has special needs so I like to do go and think about what it would look like with her. I want to try and ride everything I can on this trip. Has anyone purchased Epic Express Pass at a resort or at Epic? It is not available online. I am hearing it is available to purchase but was curious if there has been any success. I realize it won't get us on ev…

Every month, I download wait time data from my local park (Beto Carrero World). However, this past weekend, when I selected "JAN" in the bottom bar, the data I received was from 2024 instead of 2025. The same issue occurred with Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando. I also tested downloading data from Shanghai Disneyland and Universal Studios Beijing, and I encountered the same problem. I’m attaching a screenshot of one of the CSV files I downloaded, which shows that it was retrieved on February 3rd, but the data displayed is from January 2024. Is there an issue with the data?

I recently purchased the monthly subscription for our upcoming trip to WDW (we leave tomorrow!). While the absence of ads is definitely noticed, I still have some difficulty navigating to all things WDW. Is there a setting where I can eliminate all other data and solely have WDW info appear? Thanks!

Danse Macabre has just opened at Efteling a few hours ago, but I don't see any wait time page for the ride on the main site. Is there a page for the new ride yet? I would like to see data about its opening day.

Hey everyone! Is there some means through which I could get access(or request access) to historical wait time data per day per attraction through a period of time(say 3 months?) for a theme park. This is for my academic research on optimizing the best route that can be taken in a theme park.

Hi team, thank you for creating this site. I'm planning a trip to go see HHN in Singapore 2024. I noticed that the report only collected data for the first 3 nights and have stopped since then. When will there be more data? Thank you!

Hi, I am trying to download data on the waiting times for individual rides at Universal Studios Singapore. However, the only data available for download seems to be the waiting time for the entire park. Is there a way I can obtain data for individual rides? Thank you!

Hi, I recently discovered this site and I am absolutely amazed by it. My work is also data related and I enjoy playing with data too. May I ask if full data set of certain theme park (in particular USJ since I am planning to go in Oct) is available to download in any format(csv/xlsx/json etc)? I would also like to do some analysis to USJ whitest planning for my trip! Thanks a lot.

I went to download an attraction's wait time data and I noticed delays don't show up. If a ride is down for an hour it just keeps the last reported wait time. For example, say Indiana Jones broke down at 2:30 with a last reported wait of 65 minutes and didn't reopen until 3:30, the data still shows 65 minutes for 3:00 and 3:30 despite the ride being down. For accuracy sake I think delays should be reported as "closed" in the data. I want to compare attraction total daily uptime to measure reliability. Ideally I'd like to download the delay data for the "total delay time plot", "total delays per day plot", and "average delay time per delay plot".

Hey data-lovers 🙂 I'm fascinated by the amount of info you have here. I used your website as a source to a data project in college and I would love to post it on Linkedin and tag you to give you the recognition you deserve. If you would like that, you can share your LinkedIn profile with me so I can tag you and connect. I'm from Brazil and study Business. We generated a dashboard that correlates the wait times with some other factors (creation date, duration, vacation periods- brazil and USA -, among others). I would be happy to share if you have an interest in it. Even if you decide not to share your profile, I wanted to thank you for your work. Thi…

Every 4 years or so we decide to make a trip to Disney, and it's like learning a new language each time... navigating whatever reservation system or touring plan is in vogue. Bravo for this site. I'm absolutely captivated by the data, and its been making planning decisions so much more fun. Data and theme park geek rabbit holes everywhere. Thanks!

On the front page, the highest wait times of the day are shown, but is there a way to look at previous dates?

Hello! I'm a local WDW passholder, data geek and software developer. I recently discovered thrill-data.com and love using it to see which park I should exploit on any particular day, among other interesting insights. Is there any API access available to 3rd parties, or any plans to expose one? Doesn't have to be for commercial purposes, but rather for personal use and/or some public tool (like a twitter bot for specific alerts?)
