Disney World wait times were a bit lower than yesterday
Wait times at Kings Island were up 50% over yesterday
Disney California Adventure wait times are up 34% today
It's typically after 3 PM if there are no large scale weather patterns in place (like a low pressure system last week). Yesterday it didn't storm until after 8 PM.
Looks like starting on June 27th, each Disney World park will have their own Genie+ price. You can also purchase the same version as you can now for park hopping.

Rise of the Resistance at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has really struggled to stay open the past couple days. It has had significant downtime in the morning yesterday and today.

That’s a tough one. Best theming mix with rides is probably Islands of Adventure. Best rides would be Cedar Point. Best family park probably Dollywood.
