Multiple Alerts for same time and ride but nothing there

Hi I'm new here and this seems like a great site for alerts on lightening lanes.  I set up an alert for Tower of Terror - Morning.  I get and alert that a 10:15am slot is available and when I go into my disney it only shows 7:00pm as the earliest.  I reset the alert and a few seconds later get the same alert with the same time, again nothing there but 7:00pm.  Is this normal b/c it doesn't look like it's working correctly?

I will check from our end, but the Disney side can also show different times to different users based on what they already have planned.

Looking at the data, you can see the direct data pulls from MDX yesterday that were triggering the alerts. Lots of jumps between early and late availability during that period. The system was correctly alerting on our end.

Modifying pre-bookings is tough; even just manually refreshing MDX, you will see earlier time slots that the system does not let you book based on its built in rules of when your plans are scheduled. Very frustrating aspect of the Multi Pass system. Day of, after redeeming any Multi Pass LL, the system seems to function better with less rules.
