Webmaster Posted November 5 Posted November 5 Evening Update: the latest update is that it's still a work in progress. I've been communicating with a few others that utilize the Multi Pass data and we are all running into the same issues. We also think Disney may have introduced a bug within their system accidentally with the latest update that is preventing even manual modifications from happening in My Disney Experience. I am working very hard on this, running on little sleep, and downright sick to my stomach that customers are not able to use the service right now. Been nauseous feeling all night and day. We understand there is frustration, and no one is more frustrated than me. Some parts just aren't always in our control. 3

Really this change of layout in MY PLANS affected the apps a lot, yesterday we could not change any attraction. Everything will be alright, I wish you a speedy recovery my friend.
trevyn Posted November 6 Posted November 6 Wishing you good fortune in getting this resolved! For reference, I just tried manually modifying the time on one of my LLMP bookings in the iOS MDE app and it worked fine.

Stoudty Posted November 11 Posted November 11 (edited) With new booking being the only feature available right now, what is the best way to make changes to existing LL for upcoming trip? Let’s say I have Slinky for 7pm. Would I create a new booking to try to get it earlier? And then if it gets it for earlier, create another new search for earlier again, and so on and so on until I have something I want? if that’s the case, can I search for multiple LL attractions across multiple days all at once? I have prebooked LL and would like to get additional once I use that first one. Would I use “new booking” and search for anytime availability for the ride I want? I assume the modify option is still not functioning so I would still need to manually refresh to try to find an earlier time, if applicable, correct?
Webmaster Posted November 11 Author Posted November 11 Yes, you'll want New Booking searches for this weekend with whatever time targets you desire. Any Time / Earliest Available provide the largest window. Any that book and you want different times for you would need to manually modify in the app. 1
