Rise of the Resistance at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has really struggled to stay open the past couple days. It has had significant downtime in the morning yesterday and today.

If you pay for the ILL and it’s down the majority of the day do they refund?

Usually you get a "bonus" Lightning Lane (forgot how it's called) that you can use it at anytime at most rides. So you can either wait and see if Rise comes back on and then ride it at any time or, if it doesn't come back, you can use it in another ride. If you don't want to use in another ride and Rise doesn't comes back, I believe Disney will refund you if you go to Guest Relations and ask
