Difference between median and average wait

Sorry for the dumb question, but looking at https://www.thrill-data.com/waits/attraction/universal-studios/despicablememinionmayhem/ for example, how are median and average wait calculated? what is the difference between them? thanks

The average is the sum of all numbers divided by the total number of numbers. The median is the middle number if all of the numbers are ordered from smallest to largest.
